• Idioms: An idiom is a phrase with a meaning that is different from the literal meaning of its words. Examples from the lesson: let the cat out of the bag (reveal a secret), once in a blue moon (very rarely), see eye to eye (to agree).

Grammar Focus: Future Perfect Tense

Used to describe an action that will be completed before a specific point in the future.

• Structure: will have + past participle

Important Points for the O/L Exam

• Paper I (Writing): Writing a dialogue for a telephone conversation or an interview is a possible question. The picture description task is also a common type of question.
